We are hiring a dynamic and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team for an onsite project in Dubai.
Position Overview: As an Onsite IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding business processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable IT solutions. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business systems, processes, and workflows.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements and foster collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
- Experience working with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirement management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel and work onsite in Dubai for the duration of the project (2 months).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable but not required.
