Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with potential clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and tailor offerings to meet their requirements.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closure. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our technology products and services to articulate their value proposition clearly.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the team’s success.
- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- CRM Knowledge: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and track leads and opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
