Key Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between the C2M support team and external/edge systems.

Support L2/L3 defect triaging involving integration points.

Coordinate with middleware teams for logs, test scenarios, and defect resolutions.

Facilitate impact analysis of patches on integrated systems.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, or SOA Suite.

Familiarity with utility systems like CCB, MDM, and field device management systems.

Understanding of system APIs, integration flows, and defect isolation.

Experience in multi-vendor coordination and communication.
