Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and a strong background in developing intranet portals and integrating with Oracle systems.

Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications.
  • Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, PowerApps, and other related tools.
  • Develop custom web parts, workflows, and features to enhance SharePoint functionality.
• Intranet Portal Development:
  • Develop and maintain intranet portals to support internal communications and collaboration.
  • Implement and configure SharePoint-based intranet solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
• Oracle Integration:
  • Integrate SharePoint solutions with Oracle databases and applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between SharePoint and Oracle systems.
• UI/UX Enhancements:
  • Improve the user experience by designing intuitive and responsive SharePoint interfaces.
  • Ensure the consistent application of branding and design standards.
• Content Management:
  • Develop and manage content management systems within SharePoint.
  • Implement best practices for document management, including metadata, search, and version control.
• Maintenance and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint sites and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance.
• Collaboration and Training:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SharePoint features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining intranet portals.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and later versions.
• Experience with Oracle integration, including database and application integration.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, PowerApps, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SharePoint migration projects.
• Knowledge of Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
• Understanding of security configuration and data protection principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
