Oracle DBA – C2M Support Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain database systems (Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production).

• Provide production-like support for performance and data fixes.

• Coordinate backups, patch deployments, cloning, and logs for L2/L3 teams.

• Ensure Exadata-related activities (handled by CUSTOMER DBA) are tracked and supported.

Required Skills:

• Strong Oracle DBA experience including RAC, ASM, and Exadata.

• Expertise in managing Oracle DB environments for C2M or utility applications.

• Proficient in analyzing AWR reports, trace files, and performance metrics.

• Experience with customer handover activities and controlled access management.
