Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve Level 3 (L3) product defects in C2M by coordinating with Oracle Support.

Raise and track Oracle SRs; test and validate Oracle-provided fixes.

Deploy bundles in SIT/UAT environments, prepare test plans, release notes, and RCAs.

Work on performance-related issues, legal/statutory requirements, and product bugs.
Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Oracle C2M with focus on SOM, Device Management.

Experience handling SRs, coordinating with Oracle, and managing patch deployment.

Proficiency in testing, root cause analysis, and regression testing.

Understanding of production-equivalent environments and patch workflows.
