About the role
We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who can go beyond configuration and build custom solutions that fit how the business really works. You’ll work with admins, business analysts and stakeholders to shape and deliver Salesforce features end to end.
What you’ll do
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce
- Build and maintain Flows, triggers, validation rules and other declarative automation
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into technical designs
- Follow best practices on governor limits, security and data model design
- Manage deployments across sandboxes and production using tools like SFDX, Copado or Gearset
What you’ll bring
- Solid experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL and Lightning Web Components
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules and the data model
- Experience with integrations and middleware such as MuleSoft or similar
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Comfortable working in Agile teams
- Clear written and spoken English, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
Nice to have
- Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or CPQ
- Previous work on large enterprise orgs
