Key Responsibilities:

Define the overall support solution architecture aligning with Oracle C2M upgrade strategy.

Serve as the technical escalation point for complex L2/L3 issues.

Review technical deliverables and ensure solution alignment with business goals.

Guide performance tuning, data correction, and new statutory requirements.

Coordinate environment handovers and high-severity defect escalations.
Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities (C2M, MDM, SOM).

Expertise in enterprise system design, Oracle integrations, and support architecture.

Experience in post-go-live support environments.

Strong understanding of Oracle SR management and patching processes.
